As your are aware, the Internet is meant for use by mature and responsible adults, by minors under adult supervision, students and in fact from all walks of life..As such, it is prudent that users of this directory-based system are expected to use the Internet responsibly, obeying all laws and following proper 'netiquette'. Be aware also of the Internet law in your country. The following practices will not be tolerated:

Unlawful activities such as :
- unauthorised distribution or copying of copyrighted photos, materials or software
- fraud
- the solicitation of gambling or prostitution
- other practices which may be considered obscene and/or illegal including pornography.

Net mail abuse, including :
- message delivery considered to be spamming
- mail bombing (sending numerous and very similar messages to the same e-mail addresses)
- trolling (generating outrageous messages with the purpose of generating greater response)
- subscribing others to a mailing list without permission.
- Any other practice either unlawful or considered harassment, and the owner of this system reserves the right to determine what constitutes net mail abuse.

Other unacceptable practices include but are not limited to :
- the posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent
- intentionally inflicting emotional distress
- violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights
- any misuse of system resources including, but not limited to, knowingly employing programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space
- the resale of access to scripts installed on the system-owner's servers.

Free Domain
The free offer of domain name is provided for professional hosting plan only subject to availability. Please check for domain availability and inform the webmaster who will then proceed to register on your behalf. All management of free domain will be under your name. You will have full control of your own free domain.


NOTE: A breach of any of the policies above may result in the deletion of all your information. The owner of this system will not be held responsible whatsoever or for any monies lost as a result of your action. If you are unsure of the terms and conditions or any information which you are unfamiliar with, please email the webmaster who will assist you.

IMPORTANT:

Every account has its bandwidth limitations. If your account exceeds your monthly bandwidth, it will be suspended until the next billing cycle or next month whichever is nearer. If you need more bandwidth or anticipating more bandwidth usage, you may want to consider buying more bandwidth or upgrading to the next higher hosting plan. We do not entertain after-billing on bandwidth usage.
